Marc Bochner and Richard Petronelli – Kuntao Jiu Jitsu Guide to Realistic Self Defense
Marc Bochner and Richard Petronelli- Kuntao Jiu Jitsu Guide to Realistic Self DefenseThis is one of the better martial arts systems for self defensive I have seen presented on DVD in about a year or so.
It reminds me of Krav Maga for its no bullshit directness.
There are a great many real world applicable fighting moves one can take away- and practice- from seeing this course.
Hell the bonus DDV (number 6) and the tip on using a roll or duct tape/packing tape as a pair of ‘brass knuckles’ is dead on! When I was a teen and lived in some shitty neighborhoods I learned that trick and knocked a guy out using that.
I was skinny kid too.
